Priyanka Chopra is one of the most intelligent and talented actresses in Hollywood. She also has an inclination to act. However, she has also shown her prowess as a singer and dancer. You can still watch a number of her movies but one such film that you might want to get to know more about is A Beautiful Mind.

One of the strongest points of this movie is the acting. Two of the leading men in the film are memorably portrayed by Benedict Cumberbatch and Kevin Spacey. Both actors portray two of the most prominent characters in the film and their roles are similar but different. They are played by two leading actors who have been in more than one blockbuster film and have played many supporting roles in television shows.

A Beautiful Mind is also the first time Priyanka Chopra takes on a less known role and she performs it magnificently. It is a story about an Indian mathematician, Ramanujan, who was unable to make a breakthrough on the subject he dedicated his life to. His works were published after many years and proved him to be one of the greatest minds in the history of mathematics. However, the book is not exactly about his life but more of his theories about numbers and algebra.

The movie begins with Mr. Ramanujan (Cumberbatch) having developed some of his ideas and then giving a lecture to the university on the subject. His lecture is not well received and it is clear that he is unprepared for the seminar. His brother Sudhir shows up and convinces him to do a presentation on what he has been doing so far and that he can solve the problem he has in front of him.

When he presents his work at the school, the entire class decides to give a test to all Indian students. Although he is expected to win, he fails miserably. The students return to a sense of disappointment on Mr. Ramanujan and they criticize him for not knowing anything about math.

Meanwhile, a student named Vyasa (Spacey) is suspicious of Mr. Ramanujan and decides to study him further. He takes a liking to him and can tell when Ramanujan will fail his exams. However, Ramanujan manages to do well and he becomes interested in math after meeting Vyasa’s niece called Kumari.

Meanwhile, Mr. Ramanujan meets Kumari’s father (Robert Duvall) and he becomes attached to her. After learning more about him, he comes to understand that his niece is missing somewhere. On the other hand, a man named Max Payne (Steve Buscemi) starts an investigation on Mr. Ramanujan and in the process finds his niece’s remains.

Priyanka Chopra plays a character who is intelligent but is not a genius by any means. However, she manages to show her strength by projecting herself as a victim in a scenario where she is the main person in the movie.
