Living in Hollywood – You Pay For the Location, Not the Character

Yes, there is a price to pay for living in Hollywood, and it’s not cheap. But once you’ve paid that price, the perks of being an A-list celebrity can be unbelievable.

If you’re currently living in Los Angeles, just a few blocks away from the Westwood Village area of Hollywood, you already know what I’m talking about. There are other neighborhoods in the city that are home to quite a few celebrities, but no matter where you live in town, there is one thing that no one can deny, and that is the sheer splendor of the city itself.

Of course, most of the famous celebrity homes have gates with a tall sign stating “Private Property”, but there are some that don’t. Some of the famous celebrities who live in the area include Tom Cruise, Hayden Panettiere, John Travolta, Julia Roberts, Reese Witherspoon, Demi Moore, Miley Cyrus, and many more.

While living in these celebrities’ houses is very expensive, if you’re willing to shell out a few thousand dollars, you can get a New York City loft with a view of the city skyline. If you want to get in on the Hollywood “hype” before everyone else, there are several new condo complexes being built that are so far the “it” of Hollywood.

Some of these apartments can be so luxurious that you can afford to pay more than the cost of a new car, and they also come with their own elevator. No other city in the world comes close to this type of luxury. At the same time, if you want the “hype” without all the bells and whistles, a penthouse apartment is the perfect place to call home.

If you love the idea of being a celebrity, but you hate that you have to be “one”, an apartment in Hollywood is an option for you. Unlike the average studio apartment, the celebrities’ apartment complexes offer air conditioning, Internet access, gym access, swimming pools, and separate bedrooms for the different celebrity residents.

The celebrities who live in these new complexes are aware that they can take advantage of the benefits that a studio apartment can’t give them. The price of living in a celebrity’s neighborhood can easily be three times the price of a studio apartment in any other part of town.

The best way to find a Hollywood apartment is online. There are numerous websites that allow you to compare price and location before you make a purchase.
