    How ByJacub Got his Start

    ByJacub was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on February 29th, 2000. After watching a documentary about a clothing brand as a child, ByJacub was inspired to take action and start his own brand, then at the age of 16 he designed his first t-shirt. This started it all, he sold it to local kids who had taken an interest in his design. After graduating he began focusing on building a real brand. Instead of clothes, it was his personal brand. He started building up an audience on his Instagram page, Instagram.com/byjacub, where people enjoyed what he was doing. ByJacub started creating cool pictures that allowed him to have his content shared to a larger audience. Once he saw how much people liked his personal brand he figured they would also enjoy his clothing brand.

    At 20 years old ByJacub was able to reach an audience of over 20,000 people on his Instagram and started working on a website and clothing line. His website and work will be released soon for people to enjoy. His clothing line is named 8itch and he is hoping that he will be able to grow it the same way he grew his personal brand, by producing creative ideas that are like nobody else’s and just putting out what he genuinely enjoys.

    His personal brand and clothing brand are both about creating what you enjoy, whether its pictures, videos, clothing, or shoes. ByJacub believes “It doesn’t matter if someone is making a Christmas ornament or a movie script, as long as they are creating something they love and are proud of.” His audience really appreciates how he practices what he preaches, people will tag him in stuff they create to which he enjoys reposting that on his page’s story in hopes it will motivate them a little more to continue creating.

    His audience isn’t the largest but it is very cult like and supportive, there have been comments talking about how much ByJacub has inspired them and conincedt them to take the first step to start creating something they enjoy.
