When I see the word “stephanie” on the grocery label of something I like, I always get a little nervous. My husband loves her baking and she makes a lot of it, but I am often a little skeptical that what I am buying is real food. We’ve had her for a long time and it’s always a pleasure to see her cooking. She makes great looking sandwiches, wraps, and brownies.

Stephanie is one of those chefs who is always at the table when we have guests over. Her food has no salt in it and she is not afraid to use natural ingredients. Her meals are delicious and you can tell they are well-balanced and wholesome. It’s clear that Stephanie takes pride in her food.

She’s not afraid to experiment and we all have had her brownies that were tasty but different. We’ve had her chocolate cupcakes that were just as good. Stephanie uses an all-natural margarine. It’s healthy and taste good. Her crusts are sweet, rich, and go well with any dessert.

I have to say that the meal plan she created was easy to follow and worked very well for us. I love that she has time set aside each day to prepare the same meals. She is so meticulous about her recipes and how they are done.

It was so much easier to follow the meals when she used whole grains instead of white rice. Our dishes never looked or tasted like they did in other cookbooks. You can’t believe how wonderful everything tastes!

The dishes are fantastic. All our friends said that they were so happy to try the healthy meals and to also enjoy a nice glass of wine with dinner. This was really all we needed from Stephanie.

If you’re trying to plan a special occasion and you need to know whether or not your food will be tasty or not, this cookbook will give you a clue. Stephanie has been using this cookbook for over twenty years and the information in it is so reliable. You can trust her advice.

You will also find lots of great recipes and easy to follow directions. Stephanie knows how to cook and you’ll be impressed by the ease of the recipes. Plus, you can order the books from your local grocer.
