Popular San-Francisco-based cryptocurrency exchange, Coinbase is keen to add 30 new tokens to the list. In that, XRP (Ripple) also takes place which is notable, while the exchange didn’t guarantee that all of the assets will be listed for trading. As per the report, the following tokens are considering to add.
Cardano (ADA), Aeternity (AE), Aragon (ANT), Bread Wallet (BRD), Civic (CVC), Dai (DAI), district0x (DNT), EnjinCoin (ENJ), EOS (EOS), Golem Network (GNT), IOST (IOST), Kin (KIN), Kyber Network (KNC), ChainLink (LINK), Loom Network (LOOM), Loopring (LRC), Decentraland (MANA), Mainframe (MFT), Maker (MKR), NEO (NEO), OmiseGo (OMG), Po.et (POE), QuarkChain (QKC), Augur (REP), Request Network (REQ), Status (SNT), Storj (STORJ), Stellar (XLM), XRP (XRP), Tezos (XTZ), and Zilliqa (ZIL) are the list of currencies.
However, the exchange is not adding theses tokens yet to its platform. In the official blog post by the Coinbase, it reads “We are continuing to explore the addition of new assets, and will be working with local banks and regulators to add them in as many jurisdictions as possible.”
Four hours after announcing this list, Coinbase Pro said it was launching the tokens of Civic, District0x, Loom Network and Decentraland.
Coinbase has added Ethereum Classic, 0x, USD Coin, Basic Attention Token and Zcash earlier this year. After that, the announcement on listing additional tokens including the Ripple creates a big buzz in the cryptocurrency world at present.
